BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY
In 2011, JCSU was selected by the White House Initiative for Historically Black Colleges and Universities to participate in an innovative proof-of-concept project to employ Blue Ocean Strategy principles to develop a pragmatic strategy to increase student retention and graduation.
